Wildlife & Skervuile Lighthouse

skervuile-lighthouse-bobjones_nr6071-350hThis is a 1 hour trip that will get you up close to local wildlife, seeing Atlantic grey seals close up and in the autumn you may see the new-born white coated pups. As per any wildlife sighting there is no guarantee but being part of the Hebridean Whale and Dolphin Trust (HWDT) sightings network we can take passengers to the most current areas of interest where you may also encounter common dolphins, porpoise and occasionally Minke whales.

Also on this trip you will see the Skervuile Lighthouse that was built in 1865 and the former lighthouse keepers dwelling located at Lowlandmans Bay that is a large single three storey build that comprised of 3 flats for the lighthouse keeper and the 2 assistants.
