The Rib shall depart Port Askaig and travel clockwise up the west of Jura taking in all the relevant key points of interest including Loch Tarbert, Shian Bay, Caves, Raised Beaches, Glengarisdale Bothy, Corryvreckan, Kinuchradh (sea eagle nest site), Barnhill (George Orwell wrote 1984 here), Ardlussa, Inverlussa, Lussagiven, Tarbert, Lagg, Lowlandmans Bay, Craighouse (an hour stop), Crackaig, Ardfin, Port Askaig. This tour takes around 5 hours.

Friday 1000 - 1500Please allow 15 minutes prior to departure time for the fitment of a lifejacket, waterproofs and the mandatory safety brief. Meeting point is the west end of Port Askaig pier past the Cal Mac office/toilets. Good quality waterproofs, gloves and the mandatory lifejackets will be available at Port Askaig.
